Data Security, GDPR and Crossware Mail Signature
Here at Crossware, we take your Privacy and Data Security seriously.
With this in mind, we have designed the Crossware Mail Signature Service from the ground up to incorporate the latest security models and standards available. Furthermore, Crossware is ISO27001:2022 certified.
Sitting in, and developed with, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Crossware Mail Signature uses proven Microsoft technologies incorporating ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC, GDPR, etc.
To further strengthen our position on Cyber Security and to ensure compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) we have completed a Security Review Project.
This Project involved working through our Systems, Processes and Policies to keep Crossware Mail Signature compliant with GDPR and the current Data Protection Laws.
As part of this review we have updated our Privacy Policy: https://crossware365.com/privacy-policy/
We have also appointed a Data Security Officer (DSO) to assist our Cyber Security Team and to answer any questions or concerns about Data Security and Data Protection you may have.
In light of the new Security Standards, we have updated the License Agreement for Crossware Mail Signature for O365 to incorporate a new Data Protection Appendix (DPA).
The combination of these efforts seeks to give you peace of mind when engaging with Crossware and its world-leading Mail Signature Service.
If you have any questions about the above or any concerns about Privacy or Data Security, please contact our Data Security Officer directly at dso@crosswarenz.com.
