Crossware Plans Asian Launch at Inaugural GITEX Asia

Singapore - April 2025
-
Asian expansion is on the cards for world-leading email signature provider Crossware, with the company looking to formally launch in Singapore at the inaugural Asian edition of the world’s largest tech show, GITEX Asia.

Key members of Crossware’s executive and technical team will be attending, as they look to invest in partnerships, distribution relationships and resourcing, due to the growing demand from neighbouring countries Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.

This growth is being driven by the rapid expansion of these economies, with private and public sector demand from C-suite executives seeking a turnkey tool to securely manage and control email communications, as part of their efforts to build brand presence while maintaining compliance.

For Crossware Managing Director, Troy Adams, GITEX Asia is coming at an opportune time for the company as it looks to grow its presence in Asia, building on its existing hubs in the UK, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

“Crossware’s email signature management solution easily integrates within the Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, HCL Domino and Google Workspace ecosystems - a factor that makes it highly attractive for our global clientele,” said Mr Adams.

“Our offering provides government and private sector organisations a tool to ensure email communications adhere to brand, legal and marketing compliance requirements. These factors are in high demand across key markets in Southeast and Northeast Asia, which is why we are seeking to build our presence in this dynamic region.”

As a leading platform for email signatures globally, Crossware’s software is used on over 1.8 billion emails annually across 80 countries, giving it a 10 per cent share of the global email market.

Its clients benefit from the ability to manage the email signatures of thousands of employees, while maintaining compliance with legal requirements and reinforcing brand messaging.

Crossware’s focus at the first Asian edition of GITEX Asia 2025, is to showcase its solutions to government organisations, along with emerging organisations across various sectors including finance, insurance, distribution, and cloud services.

“As an organisation, we are very excited about further growing our presence in the Asian market, with a focus on building our initial presence in selected countries like Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines,” Mr Adams said.

“Southeast Asia in particular is home to thousands of startups and scale-ups looking for cost-effective, turnkey and scalable solutions for email signature management. Crossware provides these businesses the ability to meet marketing and compliance requirements that are essential for companies looking to build their domestic and global footprint.”

Crossware will be exhibiting at the first-ever GITEX Asia on 23-25 April 2025. Meet them at the booth HD-009.
