Crossware announces further Middle East expansion off the back of growth in the region

New Zealand-headquartered tech firm Crossware announced that it is on the verge of expanding its Middle East presence as it gears up to attend the world’s largest tech showcase; GITEX Global in Dubai.

This announcement is due to growing demand from governments and enterprises across the Middle East (Gulf States) and North Africa (Morocco) region for its turnkey email signature management solution, requiring it to build its presence in the region.

This international expansion comes off the back of an incredible 12-months of growth for the Auckland headquartered company that has seen its total customer base expand to nearly 1.5 million users – a close to 50 per cent increase since the beginning of 2024.

Troy Adams Highlights Crossware’s Strategic Growth and Upcoming Expansion

For Crossware Managing Director Troy Adams, this growth can be attributed to the email signature platform’s ability to provide organisations centralised control over their email signatures, ensuring brand consistency, legal compliance and enhancing their cybersecurity posture.

“We are thrilled to be announcing our plans to establish a more permanent presence in the Middle East off growing demand in the region as we look to attend our second consecutive GITEX Global,” said Troy Adams.

“Our growth in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region has been driven largely from our team based in Europe, we are now at the point where a more dedicated presence is needed and our attendance at GITEX is to finalise the setting up of our operational base in the region. What is apparent is that Crossware’s email signature management capabilities appeal to government agencies and enterprise clients due to its seamless integration with Microsoft 365 – allowing for a cost effective and efficient way to meet regulatory and compliance requirements in this fast-growing area.”

Crossware’s Global Reach and Powerful Solutions

Crossware has nearly 1.5 million users, with a growing range of features including QR codes and mobile integrations.

It is fast becoming one of the premier centralised platforms for email signatures globally – allowing its primarily business-to-business clients the ability to manage the e-signatures of thousands of employees, with its software used annually on 1.8  billion emails across 80 countries – representing a 10 per cent share of the global email market. Crossware is part of the German headquartered eKomi Group – a leading eCommerce partner for online retailers.

GITEX Global 2024: A Platform for Crossware to Showcase Innovation

For Troy Adams, GITEX Global 2024 provides Crossware an opportunity to showcase the latest product developments from the platform while building new connections with some of the world’s leading tech companies.

“Our attendance at GITEX last year helped to build a number of key relationships that are helping to spur the growth of Crossware,” Troy said.

“GITEX allows us to gain deeper insights around the technology sector, while ensuring that our partners understand the full capabilities of Crossware to empower their organisations to advance in the modern digital economy. Our message of the GITEX 2024 will focus on ensuring that companies understand that email signatures serve as vital touchpoints for reinforcing marketing messaging, while ensuring legal compliance; Crossware’s powerful signature management platform provides a seamless solution for organisations to maintain control over their email communications.”
